I would like to extend my warmest New Year’s greetings to you all. We are deeply grateful for your continued and exceptional support throughout the past year.
As we mark the beginning of 2026, we reaffirm our commitment to our founding vision: “To change and design Sports.” Under this unwavering principle, we pledge to make this a year of further evolution and decisive progress.
Japan’s education and sports landscape is currently at a major turning point. As practitioners of social business, we remain dedicated to providing effective, sports-based solutions to pressing societal challenges. These include the lack of local infrastructure for extracurricular activities, the decline in children’s physical fitness, and the rising numbers of school absenteeism and children with developmental challenges.
In particular, we are convinced that fostering “non-cognitive skills”—a core focus since our inception—is essential for children to thrive in today’s rapidly changing world. We view sports not merely as a competition, but as a platform for character development. Our goal is to expand “fields” across Japan where every child can take center stage, regardless of their athletic ability or whether they have a disability.
The past year was a historic milestone for us, as we became the first Japanese sports company to list on the NASDAQ. In 2026, we will leverage this listing to accelerate our global expansion. We will take our expertise in nurturing non-cognitive skills through sports from Japan to the world, continuing our challenge to support the growth and well-being of children across borders.
This year, our entire team remains united in the pursuit of our goal: “The growth of our business is the realization of a better society.” We look forward to your continued guidance and support as we move forward.
